Salamon Fondsverwaltung GmbH

Salamon Fondsverwaltung GmbH is responsible for the management of the existing funds.

This is done in close cooperation with the shipmanagers. They in turn are responsible for the daily operational management of the ships based on a service contract.

The commercial management deals with the classic management tasks in regard to the respective investment companies, i.e. observing the relevant shipping markets, making decisions regarding the chartering out of ships, dealing with loan-, interest- and currency matters, controlling costs and ensuring the acceptance of the taxation concept. Salamon Fondsverwaltung GmbH acts as the controller of the investment fund companies which includes long-term projected financial results and the annual report and accounts.

Salamon Fondsverwaltung GmbH is also contact address for the members of the advisory board of the respective investment companies, who statutory advise and control the funds managing director.
