Salamon AG: Maritime company investments

Salamon AG is an independant initiator of ship investments. Almost 10.000 shareholders with a combined capital exceeding 360 m € hold shares in SAG-funds, a brand known for ship investments. The total investment volume amounts to 860 m €.

The fleet is 18 vessels strong, 17 are in operation, including 10 tankers, 5 bulk carrier and 3 container vessels. In the tanker field the whole range of large oil tankers is covered from Panamax tanker up to 300.000 dwt tankers of the VLCC-class. The deadweight tons capacity of the combined fleet currently amounts over 1.8 mill tons. The ships are predominantly chartered out medium- to long-term to large international shipping companies.
